Both Greg and I were unable to post when accessing the blog last night and this morning. I didn't think I was going to be able to access the administrator area either. The way I got around it was to comment to a post. Because you have to login to comment I was then able to see the pencil icon to post this. I will see what I can find out today about this issue. Currently I don't see another way to login from the blog itself.
Update: Please see comment one from Chris about how to resolve this issue.

Go to blogger.com, you can log in through there. If you're already logged into your google account, it will automatically log you in.
Jim I've never been able to see the pencil in the current format and have been using the workaround that Chris outlines.
Thank you Chris for this bit of advice. When I was at home I could not see the pencil, at work I can see it.
But this should help our crew navigate the issue.
